We also provide comprehensive advice and services to local tax collectors and tax administrators regarding collection actions such as foreclosure, attachment, garnishment, and bankruptcy issues.  Our firm files more than one hundred property tax foreclosures per year.  We also provide guidance to collectors and administrators in developing rules and regulations relating to local tax ordinances, including tax regulations affected by the Covid-19 State of Emergency.
