David concentrates his practice on commercial real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of properties for clients of all types in both the private and public sectors. His specialties include the review, negotiation and preparation of contracts, leases, easements, financing documents and other commercial documentation.
David has been licensed in North Carolina since 2001, and also spent four years as a business development executive for two national commercial title insurance companies.
He is a graduate of Davidson College (B.A., 1996) and the Wake Forest University School of Law (J.D, 2001).
